I have a bad cold since 2 days ago. I feel much better during healing sessions but then it comes back as before.
So gp and scf don't totally protect from sickness.
I can add I have got no temperature.

Hehe. I don't think so, the cold just passed from my brother to me. We live in the same room. Today I took a lot of vitamin C and I feel better.

I can add I have got no temperature. No matter how well you eat, there will be virus and germs and other pollutants in the air on counter tops, in your food. When your body has to fight these things and kill them from itself there will be symptoms of the cleanse that is occuring such as headache, stomach ache, etc. These symptoms are the body cleaning itself out. So, technically, you don't get sick you go through a cleanse when invader germs and virus get inside of your body. You are going through a cleanse. You are not sick.
Thats not entirely accurate. Our bodies are constantly fighting off viruses and baceteria yet we are not always showing symptoms of that. Its only when the immune system fails and the virus takes hold and becomes a problem that symptoms arise. While I wouldnt always call it a serious health concern, if a virus is running rampant in your body I wouldnt say you are in perfect health.
