This is even worse than job corp. I was told in january that I had a job with the eagles as a bartender. But first I had to pay a membership fee to be a member before I could even go for an interview. So I did. Then I'm told to be at the interview place at 1 PM. Which I was. But he decided to not even show up. Then he told me he over slept and to be at the same place for the interview at 10:30. So I waited there and finally he shows up at 11:30. He tells me to wait while he has breakfast.

Then after breakfast he tells me I'm hired. On february 5th I decide to call him to see how things are going and he tells me to go to another interview with the board of trustees on the 7th. Which I do. They tell me I'm hired and I am told they will be opening on the 15th. Then they tell me that first I have to get my membership card. So I go to the meeting and they tell me that because there were people from the board of trustees that didn't show up that I had to come back to the second meeting.

Then at the second meeting I was told that the meeting was really the next day so when I go home and go back to the place to have the meeting they then tell me it's in a different place in a different town. And then I'm told to be at the new place today to get my membership card and details. So I get there today and they then tell me to come back on the 18th to get my membership card and details and that they still have now no idea when they are opening. How am I supposed to pay bills this way?

I was finally hired on March 7th with only part time hours. They were so pleased with me they made me the Chaplin, however I recieved a call that because they hired to many people they had to let 60% of us go. So on April 09th I was let go. 3 out of 5 of us lost our jobs. Now we find out that there was a consipiracy against members of the board of trustees from other members of the boards of trustees. Which I knew nothing about. Wouldn't you know it, part of this conspiracy is about the club/bar and business transactions, missing money, ect.... So now this is a legal matter, and wouldn't you know it, I am now stuck in the middle of it, with notice of a supeena ( I know it's misspelt).. All this just for a Job. A job that only gave me 20 days of work, with around 130 hours total at minimum wage with crappy tips. Who knew getting a job these days would entale all this BS?
