Will someone please tell him that he has enough information now to get fixed. That is was a big step to go this far with him because I am a really bad person and I just can't help any more. Let him know that everything has been said and now I must do what is required. Nobody values my expertise therefore I must do the required thing. Tell him that I did all I could and there is nothing more to say.
