Will it be favorble to proceed to trial in Court in my suit?
I am in the middle of a legal suit against my business partners, we are still in a negotiation process and if they don't offer me a reasonable settlementement I will proceed to go to trial in Court. I wish to know if the decision in court will be favorable to me ? I have to convert it to Beijing time, then I understand the difference is 12.5 hours and it will be May 1 at 4 am in Beijing and the dates will be WA II and the emplty ones will be cn and e. I've been giving your question alot of thought and was wondering if you could ask the following question, just to see if this matter has to be taken to court: Can this financial dispute be solved without going to court? By asking this question, we might be able to get an idea if this guy can come to the party and can be reasoned with without the hassle of going to court (even though, from what you have said about him, I very much doubt it). Also, I'm pretty sure that I read somewhere in this forum that we don't have to convert to Beijing time and that Alex got that part wrong (I'm in Perth which is on Beijing time so it has never really effected me). Line 4 cannot move at the moment as it is bounding to the day t - w or wa strike will break bound, allowing the line to move. Line 6 may not be able to move at the moment as it may be bound to the month. What is interesting, is that the U line has been struck by the day t, which makes the line active - it requires a w or wa day to make it move, which will actually produce the J line (this is because w and wa bound). The J line in this case are lines 2 and 6 - this is because these lines both have the same element. They are moving lines, however they cannot move at the moment because they are bound to the day - s dy/mth strike will release the bound, allowing Ry to move. R kills B, but what I am concerned about is the Pw hider that the Ry bearer, on line 2, is producing. I'm concerned because P produces B, which is not what we really want in a situation like this. Also, I don't like that both lines 2 and 6 are finishing with B stars that are at different ends of the scale. The U line, which is the other party, is both lines 1 and 5 as they both have Gt. Day y is striking at Ks in the 2nd hex on line 5 - what this means is that the Gt can't move/activate until day y or h have passed and re-bound that Ks. Tomorrow will be the meeting with my lawyer and their lawyer to hear which is the proposition they are going to offer me, to try to convince me not to go to the Court. I know it will be time lost because they will try to continue with their abuses. I agree with the response of SuperIching because I think this should be taken to Court and they will have to see all their irregularities exposed in public. actually, it doesn't matter what the date. These 2 signs are extremely easy to read. The first sign, self K got killed back but was saved by the B combo. Great sign. You should pull them to court. 2nd sign, money sign on U line wants to produce the self line but the P combo is striking at the G t money star interfearing with the money. I really liked the 1st sign.

Advice based on a method that has previously been shown to be flawed.

Speak to your lawyer (presumably you already have). Way up the costs (including money, time, and even emotional stress) of further pursuing the case, verse the chance you'll win. Making a judgment on what chance you'll win is very difficult and you'll likely have to rely greatly on a lawyers advice, but be aware unscrupulous lawyers may encourage you to proceed in any case as it's to their benefit. Hopefully you have an honest lawyer ( although some would argue no such thing exists :lol:). Ultimately you'll have to weigh up whether the costs of proceeding are worth the risk of you losing again. It's clear you've already invested a lot in this case so it might be really hard to give up now, especially as you see yourself in the right. But you have to look to the future now, and the big question now is are the risks worth the potential gains? or should you just accept the situation and begin moving on with your life. On the other hand, you may have just had a bad judge (or jury) in the court case and maybe you have a really good chance at appeal. If so, it would be worthwhile making the effort to continue with the case. Just remember that the legal system is not an exact science. If the outcome of a case was obvious we wouldn't be paying judges and lawyers the big bucks.
