Speak to your lawyer (presumably you already have). Way up the costs (including money, time, and even emotional stress) of further pursuing the case, verse the chance you'll win. Making a judgment on what chance you'll win is very difficult and you'll likely have to rely greatly on a lawyers advice, but be aware unscrupulous lawyers may encourage you to proceed in any case as it's to their benefit. Hopefully you have an honest lawyer ( although some would argue no such thing exists ).
Ultimately you'll have to weigh up whether the costs of proceeding are worth the risk of you losing again. It's clear you've already invested a lot in this case so it might be really hard to give up now, especially as you see yourself in the right. But you have to look to the future now, and the big question now is are the risks worth the potential gains? or should you just accept the situation and begin moving on with your life.
On the other hand, you may have just had a bad judge (or jury) in the court case and maybe you have a really good chance at appeal. If so, it would be worthwhile making the effort to continue with the case.
Just remember that the legal system is not an exact science. If the outcome of a case was obvious we wouldn't be paying judges and lawyers the big bucks.
Thank you very much for your advice. I do have a good lawyer who is also my friend. We have to wait when the final sentence (written) is delivered next week. Based on the arguments stated here by the Judge to base her decision, we will decide it we have a chance to proceed in court.
My best regards for you.

Hi Leonor
Just wondering out of interest how your court case went?
Hi Leonor
Just wondering out of interest how your court case went?
Hi Maura,
thanks for your interest in my case. As you should know from the previous information posted by me, I lost the case with the first judge that decided over my case. Then I filed an appeal of this decision and the second judge, decided also not favorable to me.
My lawyer and I, had suspiciones of a very high probability of corruption paid by the company (my business partners) to obtain a favorable decision on their behalf, so we decided to take the risk to appeal to the Supreme Court of Justice, last instance available in any legal process, and whose decision would be final for all. Surprisingly, within the period of time allowed by local law to introduce this last resource of appeal, and even though they had "won" two times, we received an offer from the company to negotiate and close the case. This confirmed our suppositions of corruption. Trying to use this same procedure in the Supreme Court would be much more difficult as well as a much higher cost than negotiating with me. We finally reached settlement off Court in an amount 50% higher than their offer.
I am happy that I decided to seek for justice thru the formal procedures. My business partners never thought I would do so and hence tried to abuse my rights, so this is a good example that we must fight for what we believe is correct.
So in the end. the advice given to me thru the Super Iching method, was accurate.
My best wishes for you.
