Will Friend's Attic be Rented to Me??? NEED TO KNOW ASAP!!!
A close friend of mine has an empty attic above his bedroom that can potentially be rented out. I really want to live in that attic because I really really want to live with my friend and I want to live off campus, but I haven't been able to find open rooms at any other of my friends' houses. Living off campus is a lot cheaper too. The thing is, I would have to go through my friend's room everytime I go in and out of that attic because that attic is an extension and part of my friend's room. My friend really needs his personal space, so that's a major reason why he doesn't want to rent his attic to me. But at the same time, his room is really expensive and he might not be able to continue paying for it unless he finds a good, stable job, or if he rents the attic to me and I can split the cost with him. So, my friend is still trying to decide if he wants to rent his attic to me, but I need to know soon and I'm not sure if I can wait for his decision. So I asked, will my good friend ever decide to rent out his attic to me?
