When and how frequently do you use GP/SCF?
This is somewhat like a poll to forum members, I suppose.
At what time of day do you conduct sessions? If immediately before bed, does it not affect your ability to sleep?
What duration? Somebody posted "30 minutes"; isn't it supposed to be 2 hours?
Does anybody do more than one session per day, and if so, what are the results?
I am taking a hiatus, due to recent interferences, including location, but plan to continue within a fortnight. I still use the rings nightly, and the accompanying foot-braces 90% of that time. I still ingest H2O2 and coQ-10.
For those of you who have not read my thread in "Testimonials": I have noticed improvement in my hand, and can now type with it, though mobility is NOT constant, and the rigidity is better or worse at various times. This is nevertheless an improvement. One day, I was able to walk with virtually no shuffle, and my arm swung almost normally with my gait. The cause for this, as well as the relapse, is unknown. There appears to be progress.

I prefer evenings as my mind is quieter. For me, the session may make me groggy.

It used to be 2 hrs with the old formulas. Now Alex says 0.5 hour.
Before bed for a half an hour seems to be ideal.
