God knows who truely believes in Him, and has faith in His words (the scriptures.) God doesn't force people to love him, the majority do not, but some say they do while continuing to live in rebellion.
If you don't love your Creator (naturally) then you are a trespasser to life.
That's why at "The Great White Throne Judgment" if anyone's name isn't found in his Book of Life, they will be discarded. Because there is no other place for them, and the prophesies has been fulfilled. They can't go to God's heaven because these people rejected Him while on earth.
And letting them into heaven will defile it.
