What about wearing magnets during the day?
I talked to a chiropractor today and he sells magnets that you wear all day long in your shoes. They are from a Japanese company. He said muscle testing shows that the magnets make you strong!

I do it using magnets bought off the web. It works. I don't know about the strength of any commercial magnetic insoles. You need to use rare earth magnets to have good results I think.
on the bottom of the feet and are they bars or round which way is facing up on the magnet north or south?
well the man said that they are like balanced and have the energy of both poles.
Asian cultures have this preocupation with balancing things.

I also have one that I wear around my ankle. I mainly purchased them because they look nice and I don't normally get into jewerelly all that much.
I have noticed, though, that my right wrist isn't as "swollen" as it used to be - I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in my wrist when I was 16, a couple of years after a really bad horse-riding accident. The magnetic bracelet has helped heaps - I don't have to take celery tablets anymore and it hasn't been hurting everytime there is a weather change.

yeah i have some magnetic jewelry too. I got a magnetic bracelette for my sister and when she wears it she doesn't get carple tonnel symptoms from typing....

They're not the type that DPRK has mentioned (haven't tried those ones yet :wink: ) - they are the ones that can be made using magnetic beads as well as other types of beads.
The three that I have measure about 70cm in length - I just warp one around my right wrist and wear it pretty much all day (about 14 hours worth per day).
The only problem with them is trying to keep my kids away from them - they just love magnets.......... I still haven't found my neo rings that my youngest got to :shock:
