Because they think it is not necessary, all their message is now in Meier's books and online, so they don't need to come here and repeat it. They say internet will last forever, if we don't destroy the earth with nuclear weapons. Now it's up to us accept their message or reject it, they are not our rulers or baby-sitters.

It's not possible. They can contact us if they want, we can't contact them.

Sure. They said a lot about it. Also which famous contactee are real and wich fraud. For exampe they said adamski was totally a fraud. They say many kind of races, humans and not humans, visit and visited sometimes earth exploring or for research or for taking some plants and minerals and it happens we see their ships sometimes. They say in the universe exist about 50 millions kind of human races, with different skins (430 kinds of skins) and slightly different features, some giants, some of htheem dwarfs and so on.
