I read in a book about the HDR that Steve Gibbs got the plans for the HDR from two aliens.

I know. People using them cannot make predictions. So it's BS. I already know, so why wasting time and money with a dangerous electromagnetic device?

The device is not for predicting the future, it allows you to astral travel and + travel to the future etc.. You are interested in ASTRAL TRAVEL aren`t you ? Electromagnatic i thought this would also benefit the rings ? What about ALEX Chius ''electromagnetic coil ?'' i know ALEX said that it was a failure but then again you cannot compare it to the HDR device which is ''PROPERLY'' constructed which does not harm your body.
