Franco there are a lot of people much better than me at projecting. I am not that good when i project, i have fear when it happens because the things i see moving in my house which i don't see in the awake state. I think that fear is my limiting factor, but don't you think that astral travelling is useless , even you astral travel during the sleep but you aren't aware of it because your rational mind tells you that this experience doesn't exists. Start to beliveing a little by littel and be more carefull to your dreams when you slowly change your mind.

If astral travel is true, many people would have already proven it in lab tests.
