I don't think I was reading when jc originally posted this video. It is funny.
The electromagnetic pulsing device is cool. You should develop that to be used in conjunction with GP.
wow, that video is pathetic! his "electromagnetic device" is a freakin' spatula with some shit taped onto it! laughable!
Drshadenfreude, what you think of differences in this video and the first interview (that in ugly alex's old house)?
I think now he is prettier and his face/head is smaller.
I really can't see a huge difference in the face, maybe a bit smaller but I'm not sure that's just not me deluding myself - however he does look MUCH better looking! Better clothes, slightly better hair, much more self confidence. There's only so much you can tell by eye whether a head as shrunk but certainly not by a huge amount. Nor would I say his head was overly large to begin with. I will concede however that some of his before/after pics seem to show diferences that are more facial than anything else.
Great.
So you admit gorgeoupil works?
No. I admit it doesn't make you any worse. I admit it MAY work, but I'd need to test it for myself before I decide it DOES work.
Do you need to test each drug you prescribe before believing it works?
Yes and No. Our society works on an expert basis whereby some people train for years in specialist knowledge bases (i.e doctors in medicine, lawyers in law) and we trust their opinions. Alex has none of this knowledge or experience and cannot guarantee results.
Not only that, but I, as a person, don't trust these experts unconditionally. They're just as fallible as me and I think I'm a pretty smart guy - so I don't take a drug until I've read up on it, I don't listen to my lawyer until I've read the law books if at all possible. I don't have time to check it all out, but I do my best.
In this case especially, I feel the need to test it for myself. I would do the same for any purportedly miraculous new treatment. I would do it for nanotechnology asyou've mentioned in other threads. (I plan on waiting a good five or ten years until I've gotten to observe side effects and failsafes.)
Does that sound so wrong to you?
