UP WITH OMEGA 3!!
I have realised Rings don't work properly on me if i don't take a lot of omega 3 pills. Even gorgeouspil and scf don't without omega 3 I STRONGLY suggest all rings users to take omega 3! BTW who did to me that joke on msn mesanger? Someone joined my friends list and started telling me to stop tampering rayanna because she is in his secret society and they can hurt me etc etc Funny! Who did that? sacjb, sinkron or rayanna herself? who knows..

Omega 3 is great, I like omega brite brand, I try to take 9 pills a day, or my knees start to hurt if I stand.
