United States vs Mr. Chui
On September 3, 2010 Alex Chiu pled guilty to 10 counts of mail fraud. Mr. Chiu was sentenced to 3 years of probation and ordered to pay $11,000.00 in fines & assessment and $2,187.20 in restitution. According to the complaint filed on December 1, 2009 by the United States Attorney's office, Alex Chiu conducted a business over the internet, in which he sold what he claimed to "immortality devices" or "Eternal Life Devices".
