Doug, why don't you bite the bullet and have a go at it yourself - that's how we have had to learn it. It may look difficult as it is at first but if you keep on having a go at it, the easier it will become. People do post over at the I Ching forum - sometimes Alex responds, sometimes he doesn't. He normally responds when one of us gets it majorly wrong and none of us can figure out why. Trust me, Alex will not reply to these types of questions unless he has nothing else to do, but even then......... I doubt it. You're posting in the wrong section, Doug, that's another reason why you aren't getting any help. I have had to teach myself Super I Ching and I do get help from Xiao in the I Ching forum part. As far as I know, I am one of the first people to actually apply Super I Ching to horse races, greyhounds, and harness racing. It hasn't been an easy feat and I have certainly not just sat on my ass waiting to someone to tell me what my hexagrams mean. I am learning by trial and error - as Alex states, this is the best way to learn Super I Ching. Give it a go Doug and post it in the proper section of the forum. :D

Well, I do 5 races a week and get 4 of them right. The one that I normally get wrong is when I try and do a horse race that is South Africa or England - they are in a different time zone and I haven't gotten used to that yet. Greyhounds and trotters (harness) seem to be more difficult to figure out but this is because of race tactics. The trick is to ask the question in the right way so that the G star is the appointed - then it is a matter of measuring how strong the apppointed star is in the day. It is very common to get double appointeds and linkers plus that rotten hexagram called Revolution 49 (I'm getting better with that one though :wink: ). But hey, at least I am giving it a go and not just asking Alex to do the hard part for me :P And before you ask why I don't post them up in the predictions thread, it is because there are only so many hours in the day - I have two boys aged under 4 years (one who is autistic and the other is just not right), I work 1 night per week plus all weekend, I have a house to clean and a garden to attend to, plus I am studying Super I Ching. I choose a race that has, at most, 7 horses/dogs, then I ask the coins about all the them, then figure it out. Normally, I am doing this whilst feeding my youngest/having breakfast and doing ST exercises with my eldest. I have found that it is easier to post everything up in the Super I Ching forum at the end of the day/week along with the results. Yep, I'm a busy, busy bee :lol: Wouldn't have it any other way though :wink:

so how have you won a decent amount of cash?I wouldn't like being that busy, but I like gardening what do you grow?

Because I don't bet a great deal, I don't win a great deal. As the saying goes with gambling - you have to beat big to win big, especially on small races. I just want to make sure that I get it "down pat" before I start making bigger bets :wink: It's like today, there is a race at Perth that I'm not 100% sure about - I will only have about $5 on it. Gardening is good, it's relaxing and gets me outside (a break from the kids). Mainly roses but I am hoping to start planting some more native plants as I want to start attracting birds to the yard :) I just have to spray all around the yard with white vinegar to make sure the neighbours cats don't come and get them :x Have a good one everyone!
