They actually put groups of them in rowboats and set them adrift. Maybe not so much with politics for you, Al.

I don't understand what politicians are doing in USA. If I am the president of USA, first thing I would do is kick all illegal immigrants out of USA. Pack them up in trucks and just ship them to Mexico. Then build a great wall of USA with gun towers and electric fences. Raise tigers, lions, wolves around the surrounding wall. Who ever crosses faces danger from wild animals. Or gather these people and send them to concentration camps. A big sign on the front gate 'Arbeit Macht Frei' should be clearly stated. Interesting theory.
