Processes and behavior can be observed but actual workings down to the design level is far off; until the day science can create their own nano-mechanical cells, and the question about whether cells are individually alive. how the heck are there so many volts in a cell. All those moving parts and the potentital forces staggering at that level. It's like another universe at the inner cell level. It reminds me of the nuclear force in the atom. Proportionally a quantum level of a big bang of energy released when it's split.
