The rings work, going to start wearing regularly again
Hi everyone, I purchased Alex's rings and foot braces a few years ago and used them for a while, but didn't take note of any changes/results - mainly because I wasn't too observant at that time of my life - however what I will say is that at that time of my life I was drinking and partying a lot and the devices may have helped to preserve my health. Anyways as of recent, I notced a minor health problem/infection. I was thinking about going to the doctor, but I hate doctors and honestly don't trust most of them so I decided to slip on the rings last night before going to bed. I'm STUPID not to have been using the rings since I've gotten them because when I woke up , I noticed my infection was almost gone and I feel more refreshed and energetic than I've felt in a long time. From now on I'm going to use the rings and foot braces every day and will probably order a spare set. I'm going to start documenting any changes I notice in my health/appearance. I'm not sure that I want to live FOREVER but I've always felt that I'd live longer than the average person and these devices are the key. This guy Alex is a special person.
