The pills are better deal, or they are less effective
I took two pills last night and measured how much was in them,they're half a teaspoon each,for the powder Alex recommends 1-1 1/2 teaspoons so I could take 2 pills everynight and it would last me 2 months,but Alex says if you're taking pills to take a min of 4 doesn't make sense.

The more you take per day, the more you have to buy. The more you buy, the more money Alex gets. Does that make sense?

Which kind of teaspoon you use can vary doses.

I used and always use a measuring teaspoon I don't think those vary much.

no it's not GP definitely makes you look better,the rings even made me look a little better when I started wearing them.
