The neo rings
Does anyone know why I seem to get better results wearing the neo rings for 6 hours a night rather than say 12 hours?. I t doesn't make sense, surely wearing them for as long as you can during both night & day is better.

Brain can be tired from it because it is forced to produce a lot of healing chemicals. but if you wear more, you heal more.
