I also hope that this helps with my head hurting, lobsang. back in febuary, i went on and lost about 30 to 40 pounds and i was eating a lot less and doing a lot of aerobic machines. not weights, cuz that is more harder on my body. and the reason i did all that was cuz i thought it would cure my physical problem. and i noticed my head started to really really hurt like get dizzy. but now after several months of eating normally, my head is in pain still. I mean it hurts bad. and i don't even know anymore whether i am hungry or full. I just am dizzy and head always hurts. How does this one have to do with atlas?
