I saw something similar to that around 1995. I was looking at the sun set. There was a fuzzy black dot against the sky. Then it condensed into what looked like a black void in the sky.
That was an experimental trial of the blue beam tech, after 1 day a pyramid showed in russia, that wasn't an alien spaceship that was an hologram projected by the same kind of array lasers.
Scientist found that an hologram could be beamed just like radio waves when the atmospheric conditions are sufficient enough ( density, temperature ) , that was an human effort for the next step , a simulated alien invasion , but noone will ever believe , then there is hte next further step.
This is old tech, even a juvenile reptilian's iPhone can do this sort of thing.
