my god julian if you head is tilted you can feel it clearly and can see it at mirror. So you would have been aware of ti before lobsang (suicidal doctor) advice.

No because lobsang explained that you may have other symptoms. He explains that you might not be able to tell if it's mis aligned. All it takes is a small misalignment and you feel sick. He did it too.
a small misalignment would be corrected by yoga for sure
