The feedback line on eBay does not have enough room for all I want to say! I used my rings for the 1st time last night........ I have suffered from sleep disorders for 8 years ......I awaken dozens of times a night, and I also have a mild form of narcolepsy. Because of this combination, there is nothing the doctors can do - the prescription for 1 disorder would work against the other. So - for the past 8 years I have used over-the-counter sleeping pills, sound machines, subliminal tapes, color therapy, teas, herbs...anything to get a good night's sleep. The pills left me groggy and depressed. And still, if I woke in the night, sometimes I could not fall back asleep. No matter if I thought I had slept well, I still was not refreshed in the morning. And creative dreaming was a thing of the past......no longer did I have a pad on my nightstand to sketch quilt patterns or jot down other ideas. But last night was different! I put on the rings about a half an hour before bedtime. I found myself relaxing and feeling pleasantly sleepy. I went to bed and slept wonderfully!
