I think Alex is right that the pinky fingers and big toes are the "hot spots" on their respective limbs. I think you can put magnets across the span of your fingers as your toes, hand braces if you will. It's just a lot harder to put up with, even when sleeping. Another observation would be that the closer the magnet is to the skin the stronger the effect. I have thin 2" magnets that I can have on my toes wearing shoes. Once you start doing that, wearing magnets all the time, it can become very addictive. I've heard of a magnetic insole that new agers use or something. I doubt it is anywhere near as strong as what I'm doing. These are the magnets I have currently.

They come much more powerful of course, I wonder when it would become too much. The 4" are strong enough that they are uncomfortable directly on the toes and can hurt like hell when they pinch. I made my braces out of a wooden dowl and a piece of wood from Lowes, only cost a few dollars. Wood glue to hold it together so no metal, and packing tape to hold the magnets in place. I recommend anyone who buys rare earth magnets of any significant size to put some tape over them immediately. I use packing tape or even athletic coaches tape to help keep them from shattering and to make it easier to separate them.
For me vegetarianism is a sort of indulgence, something I do because I can. I often feel I'm getting away with something when I'm amongst "the people" because I don't put myself through the trouble of eating meat. For me eating meat was always combined with eating a lot of carbs to offset it. I couldn't have a burger without fries, fish on a bun, lots of pop, that sort of thing. Without the meat, I just eat less in general, and still seem to have plenty of energy, though I operate at a lower level than most, a slow burner if you will.
