SUPPLEMENTS.so I made this very quick its a list of supplements ive used internally lately that I feel have made improvement. Remember this isnt even close to all the supplements ive used and or tried. I only mentioned the ones that I liked and remembered and felt were effective. Best things to take is green agle powder and a product called "Super Foods" you can eat the superfoods or buy it in pill form, I recommend the natural way.

Californian physician Dr Steven Pratt came up with this diet, based on the principle that there are 14 "super foods" which can supposedly prevent chronic diseases and slow down the ageing process. Dr Pratt devised a list of the 14 food groups, reasoning that the more you eat of them, the healthier you'll probably be. The "Super Foods"
1. Blueberries
Other sources: cranberries, boysenberries, strawberries, currants, blackberries, cherries
Benefits: May lower the risk of cardiovascular disease and a number of cancers, and promote brain function.
Recommended Portion: 1-2 handfuls per day
2. Walnuts
Other sources: other nuts
Benefits: May help reduce coronary heart disease, diabetes and caner.
Recommended Portion: 28g portions five times per week
3. Pumpkin
Other sources: Carrots, squash, sweet potatoes, capsisum

I would warn against drinking black tea how the artical recommends, tea can contain high levels of fluoride.
FoxyRoxy, I don't like that list, it's too much bother. I think if you follow the foods I recommend you'll do much better.
dont forget PORK, LEAN PORK is very good and good source of protein.
