I stopped using because i didn't get anything from them and frankily
( spelling??) the mixture is disgusting to ingest, about the exstrogen claims
that was a joke, i don't know really what its inside i think the label on the bottels are self explanatory, to be honest i will go on only with the rings and with a project i am currently working on ( liquid chi project ) .

In fact, new chi flush has good taste and nullify the spicy taste of gorgeouspil, now you can ingest easily the mixture.
