SOFT DRINK ADDITIVE DAMAGES DNA..Soft drink additive damages DNA,
we all know Soft Drinks are High in SUGAR and you can drink them once in a while but now it has been discovered that a common preservative found in many soft drinks can cause serious cell damage and fatal illness.
Sodium benzoate also indicated in Australia as "Preservative (211)" on ingredients lists, is the the one we should look out for, i just went through my soft drinks ingredients and they contain
Preservative (211)
From now on i will Buy soft drinks without this Preservative (211)" , although almost all soft drinks include it but some do not, so best choice is to look for soft drinks without this preservative..

Actually the best choice would be to stop drinking soft drinks altogether. Drink water instead.
That's what I am doing, I've stopped drinking soft drinks since a year ago and I don't miss them at all.
Also, if you feel addicted to soft drinks that's more reason why you should stop drinking soda.
Yes, do not drink fizzy drinks. Safest thing to do drink water.
There is Sodium Benzoate in shampoo as well... It is simply unavoidable (unless you decide to stop bathing).
Well yes water is the best drink and i almost always drink water but sometimes say on a weekend i would have a soft drink so i dont abuse it at all, but i always have soft drinks in case of guests come over, always got to have something ready for the guests but i try now to get the ones without the ''211 preservative''
7up is all natural. Ingredients are filtered carbonated water, high fructose corn syrup, natural citric acid, natural flavors, and natural potassium citrate.
If only they substituted that high fructose corn syrup shit with REAL sugar, then it would be perfect.
Once in a while I will buy some cola at the health food store that is made with real sugar, but it's like 50 cents a can or more. High fructose corn syrup is nasty shit that is to be avoided. And the natural flavors you reference in 7up usually means msg, though I hadn't thought of msg being in pop. Msg has many names these days and is in a huge proportion of products in the grocery store, sometimes even the wax they spray on vegetables/fruits! Google it to get all the tricks they use to hide it on the label. Why do they put msg in everything? Because food sucks nowadays unless you shell out the money for higher quality products so they "flavor enhance" you to death, well brain death anyway as msg kills brain cells literally.
If you have to avoid unhealthy food, you are unhealthy.

I disagree. Products such as Dr. Bronner's castille soaps (also with peppermint, eucalyptus, lavender) lack this chemical; they also lack sodium lauryl sulfate and/or sodium laureth sulfide (I may be in error as to the exact names), and propylene glycol. They are skin irritants (hence their use in lab tests for healing salves), and accumulative toxins. I believe that Borax and Fels Naptha are safe as well. I have a niece who is highly sensitive to chemicals, especially in detergent, but her mother refuses to switch because she likes the smell of the chemical perfume (Tide). What a sweet mother!
I have read that most bottled beverages (including water) are not safe for various reasons: The plastic, benzene, toluene, and other chemicals which escape the mandatory list of ingredients. America's Food & Drug Administration excepts hundreds from this list; "natural" also has loopholes. On the other hand, though I vehemently disagree with "jaguar", it may be a matter of to what extent one wishes to be health-conscious. For example, virtually all restaurants use aluminium cookware, but limited outings and appropriate removal (chelation therapy, etc.) can be employed.
As for healthier "fizzy" beverages, why not organic or freshly-squeezed juices with mineral water?

Well yes and no, if you are healthy you still need to be carefull of what you eat, you cant eat unhealthy food even if your healthy unless you dont care what it will do to your body as you age like the SOFTDRINK ADDITIVE..
poison.
Canada has put bisphenol A on the banned toxins list this year. I signed a petition for this. I hope to sign more petitions to urge more toxic products are removed. I don't mind paying extra for food or materials, if it costs more, but doesn't have toxic substance. Like what's more important my health ie having cancer free testicles and being castrated, or saving 50 cents?
if you have a plastic container, like a water bottle and it contains a number 7, on the bottom. don't use it.
