according to the site it says the rings are plastic, do they break easy??
hey datamancer, the rings are plastic but are strong - they will NOT break. Please do what you feel is the right decision, do not let anyone tell you otherwise. (no offense ldsfriend360 )
They are very strong and adjustable and last many years.

You will find liars who will try to tell you that they don't work but take it from someone who has been wearing them regularly for over two years that they work as promised.
well I gotta admit one of my neo rings did break once not the whole ring just the adjusting teeth part they are durable though and that seemed like I got lucky breaking one.
