This incident happened on a Friday and my daughter didn't tell me until Sunday(which really pissed me off) because she wasa afraid I'd get mad so then I called the cops and they came to the house and asked my daughter information about him and documented it. She didn't know his name or address so they told her to call them if she ever sees him again. A couple of weeks later she saw him fishing so she called the cops on her mobile telephone. Within a couple of minutes, the cops pulled up and draged him in for questioning and checked his records. Just a couple of weeks ago, a cop came to the door and gave my daughter a suppeona to court so she could testify against him so when the day came, I brought her to court and we just sat there and didn't have to testify because he admitted to the judge what he did. The lawyer took us outside the courtroom and explained what was happening and that the guy was just charged with simple assult but was already on probation for grabbing another gir. The judge just put a "no-contact" order against him so if my daughter sees him again she needs to call the cops then they'll put him in prison for a year because he violated his probation. However, after all this, the following week, he went to court for another incident and now he's in prison. Rather than all this bullshit of taking time out of work and going to court, I would have been doing a service by just beating the shit out of him and calling it even. If he had me arrested, I would have told the judge I did it for the children he hurt. Like I said before, I couldn't get my hands on him but when I do, he won't walk away!

You needed to find out in court that he was mexican? Grabbing her hand doesn't seem like it would be bad, unless he wouldn't let go or tried to take her somewhere.
