When you gave permission to post in his website, Alex Chiu's became possessor of the photo, everything you put on the internet which is not copyrighted can be copied and redistribuited. There is nothing you can do. If Alex Chiu was honest he should have put them off in the moment you aksed , but since he isn't i think there is nothing you can do about it at all
