If you look at russia that encourages these things, they have very high aids and std levels. That is due to other factors, it has nothing to do with civil unions. Marriage is only between a man and woman, not man and man or man and dog. I agree that marriage is only between a man and woman. I think homosexual couples should be entitled to rights, and thats where civil unions step in. Man & Dog? No one brought up the issue of beastiality, are you trying to put homosexuals in the same category as animal fuckers? Regarding bestiality and homosexuality, the thing is the alternative lifestyle movement once they have gay marriage in the bag they will move down the list and say that people who have sex with animals have rights to be married or atleast have it legitimatized much as in the same way homosexuality has in recent years, remember it used to be a crime to be gay. I would be for a basic set of rights for gay couples, but not in the same way normal marriage is.

With homosexuals, it involves two consenting people, beastallity doesn't. The two have absolutely nothing in common. I'm actually surprised by your last statement, and I think it's an improvement for you.

I think homosexuality is degenerative. The body of a male is designed to have sex only with a female, and vice versa. Therefore I find homosexuality to be a crime against nature. My guess is that the reason behind homosexuality is a strong lustful ego.
