How many of you think education is important? Does a guy have to be hot, rich, or does a degree have it's place? What do you guys think of someone with no degree?

It's not a degree that's importance but intelligence, ambition, goals, dreams, knowledge, skills experience e.t.c..people who want these things tend to find them easier to get with a degree than without, but there are notable exceptions. What I think about someone with no degree depends on the guy and what he's doing with his life but, generally, people who don't have degrees lack ambition...
