Geez, you americans have horrible food habits.
Eat organic. Fast. Drink 10 glasses of bottled water everyday. Do Yoga and Tai Chi.
A pizza is always a pizza, their habits are terrible , that's why they are fat,
they should dump all that mcdonald stuff and eat pasta, pomodori , pane , insalata, there is no better food than this.

Eat organic, genuine spicy food. Not processed with chemicals inside it etc.
Don't drink tap water. Exercise. Don't smoke. Don't take drugs.
Wear Rings and take Gorgeouspil and herbs.
You can drink tap water as long as it is clean filtered.
No need to go and buy that waste of money Bottled water..
And only drink when your thirsty - Dont force yourself to drink
at least 8-10 glasses of water - THATS TOTAL CRAP.
Try not to eat white bread, its the cause of most allegies..
Dont buy those quick noodles in a cup - Total crap food., buy
yourself some rice noodles or other good chinese noodles and make them yourself,
takes less than 3 minutes, add veggies, soy etc.
If your only choice is to eat out during the day or night, dont go buy
JUNK FOOD, as FRANCO said - ITS JUST TASTY POISON !

slim and fit ? Because they eat small and often and of course HEALTHY throughout the day, unlike
many who eat one BIG meal at dinner time, thats why so many are overweight,
you must eat around 5-6 meals throughout the day..

As usual JC, some errors in your post. You can not drink tap water and expect to be healthy, filtering tap water unless RO does not remove the fluoride which is very harmful. I don't buy bottled water nor filter it, I collect rain water from the roof, whenever it rains, I fill up afew 5 gallon jugs, works perfectly for me and very cheap.

Anything with gluten in it causes allergies, brown or white bread, even pasta etc & yes 2 minute noodles as well, but that is not the most deadly thing in them, the flavour sachet it full of MSG. I would not eat 5-6 meals per day, 3 is still fine. I usually eat some meat with a blended vegetable drink. Extremely healthy.
Don't drink only when you are thirsty. Most people nowadays are constantly in need for water. Any disease and aging causes dehydration. Drink all the bottled or distilled water you can. This will make you younger, slimmer and will improve your blood circulation and general health.
Those ''errors'' are according to you ATA.. If you are drinking
RAIN WATER from the roof may GOD help you, do you know what RAIN water contains ? i guess not.
Sure 3 meals a day is fine, everybody is different, but still you
must eat less without stacking up at dinner time, people find excuses for
having a BIG meal at dinner time just because they did not have lunch or
breakfast and that is wrong, eating small meals between hours throughout the day is best..
yeah, eat a lot at breakfast but don't eat after 6 p.m. This will improve digestion and make you slim.
