The terms of service clearly read "Any avatars that SacJB does not like may be requested to be changed. If SacJB is dissatisfied with the response there will be a punishment of some sort. This could range from a reprimand to the administrators posting what SacJB wants as the avatar." You cannot get clearer than that.

As soon as that rule is in the forumer's guidelines, I will comply.
