SAC and ANON thread
As per your request I saw I have opened a thread for just you and I. So I tried talking my kid through his homework and teaching him words. It worked pretty well at home. We finished in about 3 hours when usually it took 5-6 hours to do it. My wife didn't like it too much she said I was treating him like he was dumb. All I did was had him read each problem and if he didn't understand a word we looked it up in a dictionary. So anyway I went to go talk to the teacher and said that his English and writing has gone up, but he is doing bad at math. I just wanted to say thanks. I think what you said really did help number two. I don't know what to do about the math, but I will try to figure something out. Once again thanks :D

I honestly don't know how much this will do for you and your physical problem, but I give it a go anyway. One place I was stationed was Israel and I met a "witch doctor" there. I studied a lot from him on my free time. One thing he taught me was how to control blood flow. since muscles contracting has a lot to do with blood flow this may help. Next time you lay down (sleep, nap, etc.) start thinking about your body. Don't move or anything just lay still thinking of your body. Start to notice the sensations (itches, tingles, stuff like that) don't scratch or interfere with anything though. As you feel your body, get under the skin. try to "see" what is under your skin. see all the ligaments, muscles, and fat. go a little bit deeper and concentrate on your blood. follow your veins and take a journey through your body. try and control how fast you go. Start by trying to go slower in your veins, then go faster. This should have the effect of slowing down your heart and speeding it up. Remember though: do not move at all, let your mind guide you try not to think too hard about it, when you control your speed only control yourself not your pulse. I was thinking about this mainly because you can also concentrate on your muscles or even do the same thing with your breath. Just imagine you are an oxygen molecule on a red blood cell. Like I said I don't know if this will help, it's a little different from yoga and your body does all the work for you. LOBSANG may be on to something with the ATLAS (C1) vertebrae. I have heard that it works, but only in a few cases. I haven't seen any wide spread use or confirmation it works. It can be expensive and some insurance companies won't do a co-pay with it. You should talk to your insurance company before doing it.

I have sent all kinds of people to these guys! As far as the insurance. Usually these people are pretty good at working with you and may accept it as payment if you say you are having money trouble. Or you just find a younger chiro out of school that needs the business and will do it cheap.

Maybe you need Abilify

you are wrong lobsang. i have a physical problem and taking seroquel for 7 years has something to do with what contributed to the cervical i think. when i first took it for 3 or 4 years, it didn't create this exact problem. but after not working out that one year and gaining weight that one year, followed by Excel crashing and staying in bed for a month then injurying the ankle, it messed me up. So the point is I'm through with drugs. too hard to get off of them. I'm way better off the seroquel. gabe from scientology sent me to the detox center. and it took me 1 year almost to go from 25 mg to 0. I was cutting them up in 1/8 for a while. I needed atleast some. And I do believe i tried abilify. i know that wellbutrin and maybe abilify was the one that made me suicidal.

Yeah...yeah I was just seeing what you would say. Just get your friggen atlas fixed and if they say it costs to much I have a solution.

what is it?

Re: d
what is it? Well I think there is a chiropractic college near you and they have a clinic. The interns work on you for experience but they are supervised by faculty chiropractic doctors with experience. Usually these places are dirt cheap and may even take the insurance. But like if the older guy is expensive then try the asian kid or the college clinic. I think the school is called Life West.

But I just looked at the web site and I am a little suspicious. I mean the price is really good but it sounds like they want you to come a lot and they seem to want to do a lot of stuff you do not need. But I dunno.. It's just an idea. Maybe if the old guy is too much try the kid. Then this. http://www.lifewest.edu/healthcenter/patient_tips.shtml
