Rings alone are not enough & magnetic strength is irrele
For some people the rings alone do wonders while for others it does nothing at all. That is when you need the help of herbs, vitamins, minerals, etc. Alex knows what he is talking about.
Also you can use the most powerful magnets and stack them up to the sky and they will still do nothing. You really need to give the rings an assist.
But do not take all herbs and supplement all at the same time. What works for Alex through GP+SCF may not work on you. Some substances also negate the effects of others. What you need to do is experiment.
Take x herb for example. Try to observe if it does anything. Be patient and wait at least 2-4 weeks (or more) if it is helpful. If you see positive results then continue then add y supplement. If y supplement negates x herb then stop using y then move on to z, etc.
And oh, I really do not recommend stacking. IMO it's futile. Even if you use industrial magnets like those found in junk yards that they use to lift cars it still might not help.
Also the neo rings can give insomnia. With weaker rings I did not have this problem.
that's because they are giving you more energy wear strong homemade footbraces and you won't feel tired even after 24 hours of no sleep. At the same time though I sleep more with rings on when I go to sleep I need 8 hours with rings off I can 6,or less and I get tired quicker sleeping enough is very good for everybody that I know personally that looks young for their age sleeps 8-10 hours.
