Reversing polarity
I think whoever started the idea of reversing the rings sometimes is on to something. The normal polarity seems to work on the left side more for me and the opposite, the right side. Maybe a good habit would be normal on even days and opposite on odd days.

i switch the rings every day since a few people noticed good results by doing so, i feel lots of energy - i wake up early and dont feel tired where as before i never swiched the rings in the morning i would be like im awake but feel tired and go back to sleep.

Yes nolimits, this very thing is all over my posts: when I wear them north up right pinkie (normal polarity) left part of buddy feels the sensations when applying gorgeouspil. And even my right eyes wrinkles were deeper when the first weeks using them (see my posts).
I'm getting use to reverse polarity which is the one that has worked best for me, but I'm planning start switchig them daily in some days.
I don't know if this would work for FB because mines are not working well, I made them myself but magnets are to short to cover all my toes, so I don't use them anymore, anyone has notice something with them?
Ya know, I think you might be onto something.... It's been day 2 for me and 2b honest I've never slept crappier.... COULD be my selfish husband wanting to keep the tv up loud all night screaming and laughing along sitting in bed while I'm trying to sleep...But I've learned to tune that out over time (more or less) I suspect this could be it I'll try it out and see....hope it works
We should have a contest to see who can wear it with the poles reversed for the longest. The last one alive wins.
