As for the second video, that was simply a lisp (it wasn't a reptilian hiss) and that "facial morph" is simply a glitch that is common on digital cable (more the reason to use Satellite TV).

I don't really believe in shapeshifting reptilians. I think this woman has some kind of high technology.
I would tend not to believe there is anything with these videos except that the only image which appears to be getting 'messed up' is the person themselves while the background image stays the same. I'm also not a film person, so I couldn't say for sure. The distortion may only affect closer objects which would be the reporter, if it is just a digital signal thing getting messed up.
Look at her clothes... Are you trying to tell me her clothes are turning reptilian as well? As I said, its just a video glitch that is prevalent in digital cable systems. If you recorded the same newscast from a satellite system, you would not see the glitch.
As for that video you just posted afterwards, look at the grass as this so-called reptilian morph occurs, is the grass turning reptilian as well? Its even pointed out by the first poster in the comments section.
Also, its worth noting that both of these videos are coming from the same news station (FOX 11 in Los Angeles). So, the two people (if not the same person) who are capturing the video are both using a digital cable system. Just a video glitch and nothing more.
If you believe that, then I have a bridge to sell you.
