Just sharing something that happened to me last month and which will be included in homepage update of 2008.

On 27.Oct.2006 I was in the locker-room at work getting ready to start working and a friend came in and gave me a hand shake and told me something like: "I've known you for 10 years and you don't seem to grow old... you always look the same... and I grew old". This was so important that I decided to quote it here as it could be one more evidence that Alex Chiu's devices do work.

I am only wearing the Neodymium rings. I have been wearing them since 2001.
I wear them every night for around 10-12 hours.

only rings you should consider getting footbraces, or making your own they're a big step up even if you only wear them a couple hours I can feel the extra power.
you sleep 10 to 12 hour's a night?
