Quick simple question about GP and CF
Can you take GP and CF in during the day and lie down for 1 to 2 hours or does the healing session have to take place at night right before bedtime?

Better in the evening, so the effect will last a bit during sleep healing. But also in the day is ok. You can also do 2 healing sessions: 1 in the mornig/afternoon and one in late evening.
