If it's acne that you want to get rid of, I suggest getting the neo rings. Both my partner and I have been wearing a set of normal magnetic rings (the cheaper ones) for well over 12 months. I have never really had a serious problem with acne and really only get it when my hormones go crazy (after two kids, it happens regularly :x ). My partner has ance, both face and body. The rings have helped a little but so has a major diet change - he only eats about 1/4 of the junk food that he used to. If the normal rings were going to help his acne, they would have by now.
