Hi Alex, I was just wondering if you yourself change the polarity on the neo rings often like everyday, or do you just leave them as they are all the time? The rings seem to work better this way for some reason. I'd very much be interested to hear what you think about this.

Yeah they do. But Im too lazy to change polarity. I only wear them one way

but how hard is it to change rings on different hand ? you wear the rings only one day ? you dont wear the rings anylonger ?
