question about GP and CF
Anybody, i have a quick question, when you take the pills and lie down for 20 minutes, do you use the rings during the 20 min., or after the 20 min. session?

Hey thanks, no wonder i didnt feel anything last night when i used it for the first time.

we'll see. i'm expecting something. this morning i woke up with a huge difference in my skin (looking better). and after a week of using the rings (without the pills), i gave them to my mother who had pain in her arms due to arthritis and she slept very well. i guess that is a good thing since she was having a lot of dificulty sleeping before.

Yes, I have recently stopped taking a strong medicine for acne called Accutane and my face still had some acne. In fact there was a huge one right under my left eye (which had been there for about a week now). after taking the pills and using the rings (bam), I wake up and it's gone.
Today is the second day I have been using Alex's products and the scars left from the acnes are disappearing gradually each and every single day.
And by the way, NO, i'm not posting any pictures yet.
Yes, I have noticed too that gorgeouspil really kills acne as anything else in the world.
