Ph Diet 2
Based on extensive laboratory research, the pH level of our internal fluids affects every living cell in the body and thus it is believed that over-acidification may lead to chronic disease, such as cancer, heart disease, obesity, weight problems, allergies, fatigue and premature aging as well as problems with the nervous system, cardiovascular system and muscles. Other physical problems that are thought to result from over acidity include lack of energy, conjunctivitis, sensitive gums, agitation, dental caries, diarrhea, colitis, dry skin, itches, red and irritated skin, leg cramps, osteoporosis, rheumatism, arthritis, sciatica, and tendinitis. Salads, fresh vegetables, healthy nuts and oils are recommended while fatty meats, cheeses, sweets, chocolates, alcohol and tobacco are not recommended. Foods that are acidic include sugar, caffeine, wheat, saturated fats, processed foods, carbonated beverages, peanuts, pasta and white rice. Proponents of this diet have noted that in some extreme cases, the build up of acidic elements is so great that it may destroy neighboring healthy cells. It is believed that healthy cells must maintain a slightly alkaline pH level. Some cells change their makeup in order to survive in an acidic environment, and if successful, will turn cancerous. Cancer cells are acidic while healthy cells are alkaline. Even if the cancerous tumors are completely removed surgically, as long as the acidic conditions in the area remain, the chances are that new tumors will develop around the same area. According to pH diet theory, when an alkaline environment is maintained in the body, metabolic, enzymatic, immunologic, and repair mechanisms function at their best. The acid-forming metabolites of stress and inflammation and of high fat and high protein foods can be adequately and effectively neutralized only when sufficient mineral-buffering reserves are present, which can be found in a diet that is predominantly alkaline-forming.

well based on what i know, there is no diet that can get you in shape. getting in shape comes from working out, not eating. And weight or muscles is all a matter of calories in calories out. Not what you eat, but how much you eat. and what you do. Sylvester stallone says no diet you can stick to forever. You just have to make good habbits.

raw diet seems good, but I don't think fast food is unhealthy as everyone seems to claim like compare a store bought steak to a big mac not too huge of a difference.I don't know if Believe all these pics, but they are impressive if truehttp://www.welikeitraw.com/rawfood/before_after/

fast food is the most acidic food. So it's the worst and most dangerous. All that you eat in a mac menu is strongly acidic. Coke and meat are the most acidic.

I know I was saying that a regular persons diet is meat and potatoes so it wouldn't be that big of a difference if they ate a big mac unless they ate organic meat or raw sushi, or some healthier meat like that.
