Parliament session: Ban ATA for a trial period of 100 years

Ever heard the saying: "Hey, the village called, they want their idiot back". I don't think the village would be the same, without him. Besides there is alot to learn from someone who provides a contrast. It gives a means for bringing up things which need to be discussed.

Sometimes ATA makes genuine posts but many times he is simply spamming. What do I mean by spam? spam is promotion of something without engaging in real discussion. But to be honest, Alex and Franco do this as well. Is it right to ban all of them? Maybe it is better to just delete their spam posts.
