You're taking UDO's Oil (which is excellent, BTW), which has Evening Primrose Oil in it.
Evening Primrose Oil has high concentrations of Beta Sitosterol in it.
It's the Beta-Sis from the oil that's regrowing your hair, son and NOT the rings (which are still very beneficial in other ways).
Take it from

Thank you tami1962, but let me be clear about something..
It is not the UDO OIL that is regrowing my hair since i have not used it for around one or so years and still not using it, i will buy it again soon but i have only used the rings and nothing else, my hair started to regrow when i doubled the magnets to 4 on each ring and started to switch the rings around which i do now once or so every week..
The UDO OIL makes your hair grow faster and could also help in regrowing as you mentioned..

My experience has been as follows:
After starting to take beta-sis, I was regrowing hair in the temple area, all around my widows peak.
I was still losing hair in the crown (back of the head).
A guy whose advice I respect, suggested that I stop using shampoo, as it had stopped his fallout in the crown.
I tried it and it worked like a charm.
I haven't used shampoo in almost 3 years and my hair has never looked better.
I also take flax oil, MSM and spirulina, but I took these for years before I tried beta-sis and they didn't regrow hair or stop/slow fallout.
yeah I take fish oil when I take CF and GP. I was thinking of addking fish oil into the formula.
Should I take my Omega 3 fish oil capsules with the gp and scf?

If you take the fish oil at all be sure to take an antioxidant like vitamin E with it, in order to prevent damage by free radicals abundant in the oil.
Those oils are great for the heart and brain! But you need antioxidants with them or they will cause you to age.
