Cheecks going down is a sign of age, because skin looses tension, this is the first thing that the rings fixed in my face since i started using 10 years ago , cheecks, eyebrowses and nose lift up in few days.
Yes, he should use the rings as soon as possible, but i think that also diet improves the working of the rings, so stop eating mcdonald junk food , and live the mediterrean food style , those people are the best when it comes about food.

I find the rings most effective when you switch them off ( 3 months black rings, and then 3 months white rings) It keeps the energy alternating and keeps it effective. Once your body gets used to something its no longer effective. same with gp and scf. After 3 months of useing them. If you dont switch them off. There no longer effective...

yea but firstly Alex dosent know all he is not God he also had a trans person ask how the rings will affect them. He stated that the rings would turn them back into male. Obviously everyone who has seen me knows that is not the case. Therefor Alex does make mistakes. Also of course you will feel some effect but it will not be as strong as it could be. If your switching between the rings you are STILL wearing "immortality devices" I switch them off and I feel i`ve had some dramatic effects :P
