No longer switching rings around
I'm no longer changing the polarities on the rings everyday.
I'm going back to changing them every few months or so.
I believe changing them everyday puts to much strain on your body.

Do you feel stressed when wearing them?, could you explain some more how you notice this strain and when?, and finally, don't you feel any strain when wearing them in the same polarity?
I feel just recently that switching everyday makes me feel a little nervy.
So I decided to keep the polarities the same for a while, & I feel great again, my circulation seems to run smoother for some reason, I don't know why.I surpose that when you switch the rings everyday your circulation (bloodflow) changes as well, which might not be good for you, meaning to much strain or shock for your body.
In the beginning, I didn't switch the rings & felt great with no problems, I surpose I was searching for maybe something greater, thats why I started changing the rings around.
I switched once and I didn't even notice a difference. Maybe try footbraces if you haven't yet.

yeah youll feel a difference from all 3 get footbraces,wear them while taking GP+SCF.
